If you join Red Lobster as a Busser/Runner, you will play a vital role in creating a seamless and enjoyable dining experience for our guests. Your responsibilities will include welcoming customers with a smile, preparing your station for each shift, ensuring tables are set with utensils and condiments, refilling drinks, clearing dishes, and promptly delivering hot food from the kitchen to guests. You'll assist servers as needed and maintain cleanliness and food safety standards throughout your shift. You’ll help keep the dining area tidy by removing plates, resetting tables, and cleaning seats and floors while communicating table availability effectively. This position requires a detail-oriented team player who can manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while standing for 8 to 12 hours and lifting up to 30 pounds safely.
