The Busser/Runner role at Red Lobster is an essential part of the team that ensures guests receive prompt and courteous service throughout their dining experience. As a Busser/Runner, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and readiness of the dining area, assisting servers, and ensuring that customers feel welcomed and valued. Your duties will include greeting guests with a friendly smile, setting up your station for each shift, replenishing drinks, clearing used dishes and glassware, and delivering hot food to the tables when ready. Additionally, you will help with table turnover by clearing and resetting tables, cleaning seats and floors, and communicating table availability to the host or server. This role demands excellent teamwork, attention to detail, and the physical ability to perform tasks such as bending, reaching, and safely lifting items weighing up to 30 pounds. Working standing for 8 to 12 hours during a shift is also required.

Job Requirements
- Must meet minimum age requirements and be authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to bend, reach, squat, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
- Capacity to stand for an 8 to 12 hour shift
- Willingness to work flexible hours
- Physical stamina and endurance for demanding tasks

Job Duties
- Receive each customer in the restaurant with a smile
- Prepare the station for the shift
- Ensure that silverware and condiments are set on the table
- Refill drinks and clear used dishes and glassware
- Carry hot food to customers when it is ready in the hallway
- Provide assistance to servers with customers as needed
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Remove dishes from tables, reset tables, and clean seats and floors
- Communicate table availability
- Sort items in the sink area
