As a Busser/Runner, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and readiness of the dining area, assisting servers, and ensuring that customers feel welcomed and valued. Your duties will include greeting guests with a friendly smile, setting up your station for each shift, replenishing drinks, clearing used dishes and glassware, and delivering hot food to the tables when ready. Additionally, you will help with table turnover by clearing and resetting tables, cleaning seats and floors, and communicating table availability to the host or server. This role demands excellent teamwork, attention to detail, and the physical ability to perform tasks such as bending, reaching, and safely lifting items weighing up to 30 pounds. Working standing for 8 to 12 hours during a shift is also required.
