In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and readiness of dining areas, helping ensure guests receive prompt and courteous service. From welcoming guests with a smile, setting up your workstation for each shift, managing silverware and condiments, to assisting servers and running hot food to tables, your contribution directly impacts guest satisfaction. The role demands a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced restaurant setting. Physical stamina is important as you will be moving throughout the restaurant, lifting up to 30 pounds, and remaining on your feet for extended periods during shifts that typically last between 8 to 12 hours.
