As a Busser/Runner at Red Lobster, you will play a vital role in ensuring a seamless dining experience. In this role, you will greet each customer with a smile, prepare stations for shifts, ensure tables are set with utensils and condiments, refill drinks, clear dishes and glassware, deliver hot food to guests promptly, support servers as needed, and maintain health and safety standards. You'll be responsible for cleaning and resetting tables, cleaning seats and floors, managing table availability communication, and sorting items in the dishwashing area. Success in this position requires physical stamina, including the ability to bend, reach, squat, and safely lift up to 30 pounds, as well as standing for shifts that can last between 8 to 12 hours. Teamwork, attention to detail, and multitasking capabilities are essential.
