The Busser/Runner role requires a person who is a team player, detail-oriented, and capable of multi-tasking. Duties include welcoming guests with a friendly demeanor, setting up workstations, maintaining cleanliness, refilling drinks, running food orders from the kitchen to tables, and supporting servers as needed. Employees are expected to follow strict food safety and cleanliness protocols to maintain a safe dining environment. Physical requirements include the ability to stand for 8 to 12 hours, bend, reach, lift up to 30 pounds safely, and navigate swiftly through the restaurant floor.

Job Requirements
- Must meet the minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the country you are applying
- Ability to bend, reach, stoop and lift up to 30 pounds safely
- Ability to move about the restaurant and remain standing for an 8 to 12 hour shift

Job Duties
- Welcoming every guest into the restaurant with a smile
- Setting up station for the shift
- Ensuring silverware and condiments are on the table
- Refilling drinks and pre-bussing
- Running hot food to guests when ready in alley
- Providing guest support for servers as needed
- Following all food safety and cleanliness standards
- Clearing dishes from tables, resetting table, and cleaning seats and floors
- Communicating table readiness
- Breaking down items in the dish area
