The Busser/Runner role requires a person who is a team player, detail-oriented, and capable of multi-tasking. Employees are expected to follow strict food safety and cleanliness protocols to maintain a safe dining environment. Physical requirements include the ability to stand for 8 to 12 hours, bend, reach, lift up to 30 pounds safely, and navigate swiftly through the restaurant floor.
