As a Busser/Runner, your role is vital in ensuring a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for every guest. You will greet guests warmly, set up your station for the shift, and make sure tables are properly prepared with silverware and condiments. Refilling drinks, clearing dishes, resetting tables, and cleaning seats and floors are daily tasks to maintain a pristine restaurant atmosphere. You will assist servers by running hot food to guests promptly and supporting guest needs throughout their visit. Additionally, you will adhere strictly to food safety and cleanliness standards, contributing to a safe and enjoyable dining experience. Communication is key, especially in signaling when tables are ready, and you will assist in breaking down items in the dish area as needed.

Physical fitness and stamina are important for success in this role. You must be able to bend, reach, stoop, and lift up to 30 pounds safely, as well as remain on your feet for extended periods up to 8 to 12 hours per shift.
