As a Busser/Runner at Red Lobster, you will play a critical role in maintaining the smooth operation of the restaurant and ensuring a positive dining experience for all patrons. The Busser/Runner is responsible for a variety of tasks that contribute to the overall quality of guest service. Key duties include welcoming every guest with a friendly smile, preparing the dining area and stations for shifts, ensuring that tables are properly set with silverware and condiments, and assisting servers by refilling drinks and pre-bussing tables. Running hot food efficiently from the kitchen to guests and following food safety and sanitation standards are vital components of this role. Furthermore, the Busser/Runner clears tables, resets them, and maintains cleanliness around the seating and floor areas. Communication skills are essential, especially in coordinating table readiness and assisting in dish area breakdown. This role demands physical stamina as it involves standing for extended periods, bending, reaching, stooping, and lifting up to 30 pounds safely. Job Requirements
