This job opening is for the role of Busser/Runner, an essential position within the restaurant team. The Busser/Runner plays a critical role in ensuring smooth operations during shifts, assisting servers, and enhancing the overall guest experience. Responsibilities include welcoming guests with a warm smile, preparing the station for service, maintaining tables by ensuring silverware, condiments, and drink refills are provided promptly, and efficiently clearing and resetting tables. The position also involves delivering hot food to guests quickly, maintaining cleanliness adhering to strict food safety standards, and aiding the dish area post-service.
