Bussers/Runners are responsible for quickly and safely delivering hot food to guests, clearing and resetting tables promptly, maintaining clean seating areas and floors, effectively communicating table readiness to the team, and breaking down items in the dish area. A commitment to following all food safety and cleanliness standards is crucial to this position.

Physical stamina and strength are important in this role as it demands the ability to bend, reach, stoop, lift up to 30 pounds safely, and remain on your feet for shifts that can last from 8 to 12 hours. The job calls for multitasking skills, a team-oriented approach, and keen attention to detail to ensure a seamless dining experience for guests. Job Duties

  • Welcoming every guest into our restaurant with a smile
  • Setting up station for the shift
  • Ensuring silverware and condiments are on the table
  • Refilling drinks and pre-bussing
