Job Requirements
- Must meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to bend, reach, stoop, and safely carry up to 30 pounds
- Capacity to remain standing for an 8 to 12-hour shift
- Ability to work in a team environment with attention to detail and multitasking ability
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting preferred
- Ability to multitask and pay attention to detail
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Positive attitude and friendly demeanor
- Basic food safety knowledge
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and carry up to 30 pounds
- Authorization to work in the United States
Job Duties
- Greet each guest in the restaurant with a smile
- Prepare the station for the shift
- Ensure silverware and condiments are set on the table
- Refill drinks and remove used plates and glassware
- Deliver hot food to guests when ready in the passageway
- Provide assistance to servers with guests as needed
- Follow all food safety and cleanliness standards
- Clear plates from tables, reset tables, and clean seats and floors
- Communicate table availability
- Sort items in the dishwashing area
