Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- some experience in food service or hospitality industry preferred
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- able to stand and walk for extended periods
- weekend availability (Friday - Sunday)
- TB clearance required for employment
Job Qualifications
- some experience as a busser, food runner or server
- some experience in a fast-paced high-volume restaurant environment
- personable and able to get along well with others

Job Duties
- assist in preparing the restaurant for service by setting up sections and ensure the dining room is neat and tidy at all times
- assist service team by pre-bussing and bussing tables during service and resetting tables and chairs after guests leave
- deliver food and drink items to guests efficiently and within appropriate time limits
- keep the service station stocked with glassware, share plates, roll-ups, sauces, to-go supplies, straws, napkins, etc
- ensure compliance with MBCR's responsible alcohol service guidelines and local liquor laws
- support the FOH team with various tasks like folding napkins, bussing tables, maintaining dining and bathroom areas
- follow all health, hygiene, and safety guidelines
