Known for its commitment to quality seafood and creating memorable dining experiences, Red Lobster has grown into a large family with over 500 restaurants serving communities across various regions. The company prides itself not only on being a place to enjoy exceptional meals but also on being an integral part of the communities it serves. This close connection cultivates an environment where employees and customers alike form lasting relationships, turning new acquaintances into familiar faces. Red Lobster emphasizes a culture of respect, inclusivity, and opportunity, making it a welcoming workplace for all employees regardless of background or status.

The role of Busser/Runner at Red Lobster is a vital position dedicated to enhancing the guest dining experience by ensuring each table and station is impeccably prepared and maintained. This entry-level role is designed for individuals who enjoy working in a dynamic environment that values teamwork and guest satisfaction. As a Busser/Runner, you will be the first friendly face welcoming guests, helping servers by setting up stations, and ensuring tables are clean and ready for the next guests. Your responsibilities will also include running food from the kitchen to guests promptly and efficiently, refilling drinks, and pre-bussing tables to ensure a smooth and pleasant dining experience. This role requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.

This position is ideal for candidates seeking flexible scheduling, a supportive team environment, and opportunities for career growth within a company that invests in its employees through training and development. Red Lobster offers weekly pay and competitive wages, making it a financially rewarding opportunity. Additionally, employees can benefit from various health options including medical, dental, and vision coverage starting at less than $10 per week, along with life insurance and short-term disability benefits. The company also provides a 401(k) retirement savings plan with company matching after one year of service, anniversary pay, discounted meals, and ongoing opportunities to advance within the organization.

Working as a Busser/Runner at Red Lobster isn’t just about handling tasks; it’s about contributing to the overall guest experience and being part of a team that values hard work, dedication, and hospitality. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy making a positive impact on guest satisfaction, this role offers a perfect entry point into the hospitality industry with a reputable and growing company. Red Lobster also supports employees with reasonable accommodations to ensure that individuals with disabilities can perform essential job functions effectively.
