Job Requirements
- Meet minimum age requirements and be authorized to work in the United States
- ability to bend, reach, stoop, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
- capability to stand for shifts of 8 to 12 hours
- ability to work collaboratively with attention to detail and multitasking skills
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous hospitality or restaurant experience preferred
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to work well in a team
- attention to detail
- basic understanding of food safety practices
Job Duties
- Greet every guest at the restaurant with a smile
- prepare the station for the shift
- ensure silverware and condiments are set on the table
- refill beverages and clear used dishes and glassware
- deliver hot food to guests when ready in the hallway
- assist servers with guests as needed
- follow all food safety and cleanliness rules
- clear dishes from tables, reset tables, and clean seats and floors
- communicate table availability
- separate items in dishwashing area
