The Busser/Runner role at Red Lobster is a vital part of the restaurant team. This position plays a key role in ensuring guests receive a seamless and enjoyable dining experience by maintaining cleanliness, assisting servers, and supporting efficient meal delivery. Responsibilities include welcoming guests warmly, setting up station areas for shifts, ensuring tables are properly equipped with silverware and condiments, and pre-bussing and refilling drinks during service. The role also involves running hot food to guests, supporting servers when needed, clearing and resetting tables, and maintaining the overall cleanliness of the dining area. This position requires physical stamina as it involves bending, reaching, stooping, lifting up to 30 pounds safely, and standing for extended periods during shifts typically ranging from 8 to 12 hours. Job Requirements

  • Must meet the minimum age requirement and authorized to work in the country you are applying
