Job Duties
- Welcoming every guest into the restaurant with a smile
- Setting up stations for the shift
- Ensuring silverware and condiments are on tables
- Refilling drinks and pre-bussing tables
- Running hot food to guests when ready
- Providing support to servers as needed
- Following all food safety and cleanliness standards
- Clearing dishes from tables and resetting them
- Cleaning seats and floors
- Communicating table readiness
- Breaking down items in the dish area
