As a part-time Busser/Runner at Red Lobster, you will be an essential member of the team responsible for maintaining the flow and cleanliness of the dining room to ensure a pleasant guest experience. Your responsibilities will include greeting each customer with a smile, preparing your station for the shift, ensuring that utensils and condiments are properly set on tables, refilling drinks, clearing used dishes and glassware, and delivering hot food to customers in the hallway. You will assist servers as needed and follow all food safety and sanitation standards to maintain a clean and welcoming environment. Setting and resetting tables, cleaning seats and floors, communicating table availability, and sorting items in the dishwashing area are also essential parts of the job. Physical demands include the ability to bend, reach, crouch, and safely carry up to 30 pounds, as well as standing for shifts that may last between 8 to 12 hours.

Job Duties
