The Busser/Runner role at Red Lobster is essential in maintaining the smooth operation of the restaurant and ensuring a positive guest experience. Job Requirements

  • Must meet the minimum age requirement and authorized to work in the country you are applying
  • Ability to bend, reach, stoop and lift up to 30 pounds safely
  • Ability to move about the restaurant and remain standing for an 8 - 12 hour shift
  • Team player with attention to detail and ability to multi-task

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment is an advantage
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team setting
  • Basic knowledge of food safety and cleanliness standards
  • Physical stamina to perform duties for extended periods
