Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Ability to stand for extended periods
Ability to lift and carry moderate weights
Availability to work day shifts only
Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Job Qualifications

No previous restaurant experience required
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Excellent attention to detail
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Willingness to maintain cleanliness and uphold health standards

Job Duties

Remove used tableware between courses and provide tableware for next course
Clear tables after guests leave the table
Take soiled tableware to dish room and unload, sort, and stack silverware, dishes, glassware, etc. in designated areas in the soiled dish drop off area
Between seating(s) promptly clean tabletops, chairs, and booths - check floor and clean as required. Reset and arrange tabletop for next party
Serve guests refills as needed - remove used tableware between courses
Inspect assigned restroom every 30 minutes and clean as needed
