As a full-time seasonal opportunity, the role of Busser/Food Runner at the Lakefront Anchorage Hotel offers an exciting opportunity to become an integral part of the hotel’s food and beverage team.   • ability to do the same task over and over, frequently in the same way

Job Duties

  • Quickly clear dirty table wipe it with moist towel or rag for resetting
  • promptly and consistently reset all service-ware as prescribed
  • read meal tickets and deliver food appropriately to tables based on meal ticket
  • maintain stock and cleanliness of stations for all meal periods with necessary equipment including silverware, linen and condiments
  • serve guests with beverages, breads and butter to begin their dining experience and replenish as necessary
  • transport all dirty tableware from dining room to dishwashing area for proper cleaning
