The role of a Back Server at The Henry plays a critical part in maintaining the fluid, high-energy environment that guests enjoy. Back Servers work behind the scenes to ensure that dining areas are consistently clear and clean, supporting servers and front-of-house staff to create seamless guest experiences. With a focus on providing great hospitality, Back Servers at The Henry are expected to go above and beyond for every guest, helping to maintain the restaurant’s reputation for outstanding service.

Employment with The Henry is available both part-time and full-time, with flexible schedules to accommodate different availability needs. Compensation starts at $16.90 per hour plus tips, reflecting the importance of this role in the overall success of the dining experience.   • Provide great hospitality by going above and beyond for every guest
  • clear and clean tables after guests leave including dishware, tabletops, chairs, booths, and the floor
  • reset the table quickly for the next guest

  • communicate with the guests, servers, hosts, and managers to ensure great customer service
  • be available to fill in as needed to ensure smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant
