The Rayleigh Underground is an upscale event center located within the dynamic Toyota Music Factory in Irving, Texas. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred
- Food Handlers or TABC certification in required states
- ability to perform physical duties including lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for extended periods
- punctual and reliable
- strong communication skills

- ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Job Qualifications
- Busser experience preferred
- basic knowledge of floor service
- Food Handlers or TABC certification in required states

- able to reach, bend, stoop and lift up to 50 pounds

Job Duties
- Maintain a safe, sanitary, and organized work environment
- work with other staff members and have a servant mindset
- complete all opening, running and closing duties quickly and accurately
- deliver food orders promptly ensuring accuracy and correct plating
- assist servers with beverage refills and pre-bussing
- continually pre-bus, bus, and reset tables throughout shift
- maintain line of sight and atmosphere control by circulating through work area
- ensure that trash containers are clean, odor-free, and lined
- keep all cleaning tools clean and free of debris and odors
- clean all spills promptly using floor signs to caution guests and staff
- keep all floors free of food, trash, or other obstacles
- safely transport bus tubs weighing up to 25 pounds to dish room
- prepare napkins and silverware per venue specifications
- complete other cleaning and assigned duties as needed
