Job Requirements
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic that inspires those around you
- Dependability and the ability to follow through on tasks, whether working independently or as part of a team
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Passion for the food and hospitality industry, with a desire to learn and grow within it
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and perform tasks requiring bending, stooping, standing, walking, and lifting
- Stamina to stand and walk for the duration of your shift
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in a hospitality or food service role is a plus
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
Job Duties
- Create a welcoming environment by ensuring the dining room, bathrooms, lobby, and service areas are clean, stocked, and visually appealing
- Support the team by assisting servers in delivering food and beverages promptly while meeting company time standards
- Turn tables quickly by clearing, cleaning, and resetting tables to prepare them for the next guest
- Prep for success by completing opening and closing duties to set the stage for seamless service
- Provide event support by assisting in the setup and breakdown of catering events
