Job Requirements

High school diploma or GED
Minimum 1 year of serving or related experience in a full service restaurant
Valid food handler's card and alcohol service certification as required by federal, state, or local law
Basic knowledge of food and beverage service and hospitality
Excellent guest service skills
Ability to lift or move up to 50 pounds frequently
Ability to bend, stoop, and kneel frequently
Ability to stand for the duration of a shift
Willingness to perform other duties as required
Ability to use equipment such as hand carts, blenders, knives, slices, wine keys

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or GED
At least 1 year of serving or related experience in a full service restaurant
Current food handler's card and alcohol service certification as required by law
Basic knowledge of food and beverage service and hospitality
Excellent guest service skills
Ability to perform duties necessary to support business operations
Familiarity with restaurant equipment and tools

Job Duties

Create a relaxed destination by greeting all guests with a friendly smile and demonstrating genuine hospitality
Work as a team player to support restaurant goals
Assist servers with food delivery to guests to ensure timely and accurate service
Maintain table settings and cleanliness according to Tommy Bahama standards
Practice table maintenance including clearing and setting tables efficiently
Support team members by maintaining a clean and sanitary environment for guests and crew
Uphold high standards of guest service to create an enjoyable dining experience
