Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in a hospitality or restaurant environment preferred but not required
- ability to provide excellent customer service
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- capacity to work in a fast-paced environment
- physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25lbs
- flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- Open, close and maintain the dining room and beverage station as needed
- work closely with servers to contribute to a positive dining experience for guests
- be knowledgeable of menu items and cuisine
- maintain table cleanliness and steps of service throughout shift
- polish glassware and cutlery as directed
- greet all guests with enthusiasm and friendliness
- execute on-going, pre- and post-shift side work
- expedite, as needed
