Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in a hospitality or restaurant environment preferred but not required
  • ability to provide excellent customer service
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • capacity to work in a fast-paced environment
  • physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25lbs
  • flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Open, close and maintain the dining room and beverage station as needed
  • work closely with servers to contribute to a positive dining experience for guests
  • be knowledgeable of menu items and cuisine
  • maintain table cleanliness and steps of service throughout shift
  • polish glassware and cutlery as directed
  • greet all guests with enthusiasm and friendliness
  • execute on-going, pre- and post-shift side work
  • expedite, as needed
