Established in 2005, Cooper's Hawk has become well-known for its modern yet casual dining experience that emphasizes a scratch-kitchen menu meticulously designed to complement their award-winning wines. The company boasts one of the largest wine clubs globally, offering exclusive benefits such as curated dining and travel experiences, making it a destination for wine lovers and food enthusiasts alike. The addition of Piccolo Buco by Cooper's Hawk introduces vibrant Roman flavors, broadening the culinary offerings and continuing their tradition of crafting memorable guest experiences. Cooper's Hawk is dedicated to creating memorable moments for their guests through uncompromising hospitality, attention to detail, and an energetic team environment.
The role of Bussers and Food Runners at Cooper's Hawk is vital to maintaining the seamless flow of service while ensuring the restaurant remains clean, organized, and welcoming to every guest. As a member of this dynamic team, you are responsible for running food, resetting tables, and supporting the broader team to enhance the dining experience from start to finish. This position demands a passion for hospitality, teamwork, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service with genuine care for every guest and dish.
Working at Cooper's Hawk offers a wealth of benefits designed to support the well-being and growth of their team members. Employees enjoy generous discounts on dining, carryout, retail wine, and private events, along with exciting monthly wine tastings. Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, and telehealth benefits promote health and wellness, while a 401k with company match supports financial future planning. Flexible schedules and paid time off provide necessary work-life balance, and additional perks such as early pay access, wellness and mental health support, and educational opportunities in wine and culinary arts enrich the role. The company fosters career development through a structured Career Growth Flight Plan and recognizes employee achievements with rewards, milestone recognition, and referral bonuses.
Success in this role is built on showing up ready and prepared, owning responsibilities with a proactive approach, maintaining open communication with the team, and personalizing guest interactions to exceed expectations. The environment at Cooper's Hawk is fast-paced and lively, requiring individuals who can stay active, engaged, and collaborative. This position is ideal for those with a passion for food, service, and teamwork, capable of physical tasks such as standing for extended periods and lifting up to 40 pounds.
Cooper's Hawk embraces an inclusive hiring philosophy and is an equal opportunity employer, welcoming applicants of diverse backgrounds and making reasonable accommodations during the employment process. While compensation details vary, the company commits to evaluating pay based on multiple factors. Overall, joining Cooper's Hawk means becoming part of a forward-thinking team dedicated to excellence in hospitality, wine, and culinary experiences, offering a fulfilling environment and exciting career opportunities.
