Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- capability to lift up to 50 pounds
- availability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- strong interpersonal skills
- ability to work effectively under pressure
- willingness to learn and follow safety protocols
Job Qualifications

- prior experience in busser or barback role preferred
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards

Job Duties
- ensure dining room, bar, lobby, and service areas are clean and sanitized
- assist bartenders in clearing and cleaning the bar top
- sanitize barware and restock glassware and plateware
- change out kegs to maintain fresh beers on tap
- maintain visual appeal and organization of service areas
- support servers and bartenders to enhance customer service
- adhere to Yard House's core values and house rules
