Job Duties
- ensure dining room, bar, lobby, and service areas are clean
- sanitize barware and restock glassware and plateware
- assist bartenders in clearing and cleaning bar top
- change out kegs to maintain fresh beers on tap
- support servers and bartenders in service tasks
- maintain a visually appealing environment
- uphold company culture and standards
