The Busser/Barback role at Yard House is an integral part of the service team, serving as the right hands to the Servers and Bartenders. This position requires an individual who is energetic, detail-oriented, and eager to contribute to a seamless guest experience. The Busser/Barback is responsible for ensuring that the dining room, bar, lobby, and service areas are clean, sanitized, stocked, and visually appealing at all times. This role plays a crucial part in supporting the Bartenders by assisting with clearing the bar top, cleaning and sanitizing barware, and restocking glassware and plateware. Additionally, the Busser/Barback manages keg changes to maintain the freshness of beers on tap.
