The Busser/Barback role at Yard House is a key support position integral to maintaining the smooth operation of the restaurant and bar. Busser/Barbacks support servers and bartenders by keeping the dining room, bar, lobby, and service areas clean, sanitized, and well-stocked. In addition to maintaining cleanliness and organization, Busser/Barbacks assist bartenders by clearing the bar top, cleaning and sanitizing barware, and restocking glassware and plateware. They are also responsible for changing out kegs as needed to ensure the beers on tap remain fresh and of high quality. This role requires a proactive attitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work as part of a close-knit team.
