Job Requirements
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy items
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Legal authorization to work
- Ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Good personal hygiene
- Ability to work as part of a team
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service
- Ability to follow sanitation and safety guidelines
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Job Duties
- Ensure dining room, bar, lobby, and service areas are clean and sanitized
- Assist bartenders with clearing bar tops and cleaning barware
- Restock glassware and plateware throughout the shift
- Change out kegs as needed to maintain freshness of beers on tap
- Support servers and bartenders to enhance guest experience
- Maintain a visually appealing environment in all service areas
- Follow Yard House house rules and contribute to a positive team culture
