The Busser/Barback position at Yard House plays a crucial supporting role in ensuring the smooth operation of the restaurant's dining room, bar, lobby, and service areas. This job is pivotal in maintaining cleanliness, organization, and stock levels to support the frontline servers and bartenders. Responsibilities include clearing bar tops, cleaning and sanitizing barware, restocking glassware and plateware, and managing keg changes to keep the beer fresh on tap. This position requires a high level of attention to detail and teamwork since Busser/Barbacks work closely with servers and bartenders to help create an efficient and enjoyable customer experience.

Job Requirements

  • ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • ensure dining room, bar, lobby, and service areas are clean, sanitized, and stocked
  • assist bartenders in clearing the bar top
  • clean and sanitize barware
  • restock glassware and plateware
  • change out kegs as needed to keep beers fresh
  • support servers and bartenders to enhance guest experience
