The Busser/Barback role at Yard House is integral to maintaining the seamless operation of both the dining room and bar areas. This position serves as the essential support to Servers and Bartenders, ensuring that every service area is clean, sanitized, well-stocked, and visually appealing. Key responsibilities include assisting bartenders with clearing the bar top, cleaning and sanitizing barware, and restocking glassware and plateware efficiently. Additionally, Barbacks manage keg changes to keep the beer on tap fresh, contributing directly to the quality of the guest experience.

Job Requirements

  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy items
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Basic knowledge of food and beverage industry
  • Must comply with health and safety regulations

Job Duties

  • Ensure dining room, bar, lobby, and service areas are clean and sanitized
