Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
Physical stamina to stand and walk for extended periods
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Must be of legal working age
Adherence to company policies and standards

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

Ensure dining room, bar, lobby, and service areas are clean, sanitized, stocked, and visually appealing
Assist bartenders in clearing the bar top, cleaning and sanitizing barware, and restocking glassware and plateware
Change out kegs as needed to keep beers on tap fresh
Maintain a lively and energetic atmosphere in line with Yard House's house rules
Support servers and bartenders to facilitate efficient service
Follow all safety and sanitation standards
Uphold company values by promoting teamwork and respect among staff
