The role of Busser/Barback at Yard House is a critical support position that ensures the smooth operation of the dining and bar areas. Often described as the right hands to Servers and Bartenders, Bussers/Barbacks play an instrumental role in maintaining cleanliness, organization, and readiness throughout the restaurant. Their responsibilities include making sure that the dining room, bar, lobby, and service areas are consistently clean, sanitized, stocked, and visually appealing to guests. In addition to general upkeep, Bussers/Barbacks assist Bartenders by clearing the bar top, cleaning and sanitizing barware, and restocking glassware and plateware to keep service swift and efficient. Another important task is changing out kegs as needed to ensure that the beers on tap remain fresh and enjoyable for customers.
