Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Must be able to lift 30 pounds
- Availability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- Compliance with health and safety regulations
- Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively
- Age 18 or older
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in a busser, barback, or related hospitality role preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to lift and carry heavy items
- Flexibility to work various shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- Ensure dining room, bar, lobby, and service areas are clean and sanitized
- Assist bartenders in clearing bar tops and cleaning barware
- Restock glassware, plateware, and other supplies
- Change out kegs as needed to maintain fresh beer on tap
- Maintain visually appealing and organized service areas
- Support servers and bartenders to enhance guest experience
- Follow Yard House House Rules to promote a positive work environment
