Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Physical ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to follow instructions and safety guidelines
- Legal authorization to work in the country
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in a busser or barback role is advantageous
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Physical stamina to perform manual tasks
- Willingness to learn and take initiative
Job Duties
- Ensure dining room, bar, lobby, and service areas are clean and sanitized
- Assist bartenders in clearing bar tops and cleaning barware
- Restock glassware and plateware as needed
- Change out kegs to maintain fresh beers on tap
- Keep service areas visually appealing and organized
- Support servers and bartenders with timely service assistance
- Maintain compliance with health and safety standards
