Job Duties
- ensure dining room bar lobby and service areas are clean sanitized stocked and visually appealing
- assist bartenders in clearing the bar top cleaning sanitizing the barware and restocking glassware and plateware
- change out kegs as needed to keep beers on tap fresh
- maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations
- support servers and bartenders during high volume periods
- adhere to hygiene and safety standards
- collaborate with team members to provide excellent guest service
