- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods

Job Duties
- Ensure dining room, bar, lobby, and service areas are clean and sanitized
- Assist bartenders in clearing bar top and cleaning barware
- Restock glassware and plateware as needed
- Change kegs to maintain fresh beer on tap
- Support servers and bartenders with timely service tasks
- Maintain visual appeal and organization of service areas
- Adhere to company policies and house rules
