In the bar area, Busser/Barbacks play a vital role by clearing the bar top, cleaning and sanitizing barware, and restocking glassware and plateware to ensure bartenders can work efficiently. Additionally, changing out kegs as needed is a critical responsibility to keep the beer on tap fresh, guaranteeing an exceptional guest experience.
