Currently, Yard House is seeking enthusiastic and reliable individuals for the position of Busser/Barback. This role is essential in supporting the servers and bartenders, ensuring that the dining room, bar, lobby, and service areas are consistently clean, sanitized, well-stocked, and visually inviting. The Busser/Barback works behind the scenes to maintain an efficient and smooth service environment, assisting bartenders with clearing the bar top, cleaning and sanitizing barware, restocking glassware and plateware, as well as changing out kegs to ensure fresh beer service. This position offers an hourly wage of $16.90 plus tips, making it a rewarding opportunity for individuals who enjoy a fast-paced, social work setting.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in hospitality or food service a plus
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Strong work ethic and dependability
- Ability to follow instructions
- Good communication skills
- Must be at least 18 years old
Job Qualifications
- Prior experience in a restaurant or bar environment preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting
- Strong teamwork and communication skills

Job Duties
- Ensure dining room, bar, lobby, and service areas are clean and sanitized
- Assist bartenders by clearing bar tops and cleaning barware

- Change out kegs to keep beer on tap fresh
- Maintain visually appealing service areas
- Support servers and bartenders during busy periods
