As a Busser/Barback, you will be the vital right hand to both servers and bartenders. Your responsibilities will include keeping the dining room, bar, lobby, and service areas spotless, sanitized, stocked, and visually appealing to guests. You will assist bartenders by clearing the bar top, cleaning and sanitizing barware, and ensuring that glassware and plateware are consistently restocked. Additionally, you will manage keg changes to keep the beer on tap fresh and well-maintained. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in restaurant or bar environment preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- Strong communication skills
- Physical stamina to handle cleaning and lifting tasks
- Ability to follow safety and sanitation guidelines
- Must be at least 18 years old
