Job Requirements
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning and stocking duties
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to follow instructions and safety protocols
- Reliable transportation to commute to the workplace
- Ability to work well in a team
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in a restaurant or bar setting is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
Job Duties
- Ensure dining room, bar, lobby, and service areas are clean and sanitized
- Stock glassware, plateware, and supplies in dining and bar areas
- Assist bartenders by clearing bar tops and cleaning barware
- Change out kegs to maintain fresh beers on tap
- Support servers and bartenders in delivering excellent guest service
- Maintain a visually appealing environment in all service areas
- Follow Yard House house rules and contribute to team culture
