The role of Busser/Barback at Yard House plays a crucial part in supporting the servers and bartenders by ensuring that the restaurant environment is clean, organized, and inviting. This is a part-time or full-time hourly position, compensated at $10.00 per hour plus tips, reflecting the integral contribution of the role in the day-to-day operations of the restaurant. Busser/Barbacks are tasked with maintaining the cleanliness and stock of dining rooms, bars, lobbies, and service areas, making certain that these spaces consistently meet Yard House’s high standards of presentation and sanitation. Additionally, the position involves assisting bartenders by clearing bar tops, sanitizing barware, restocking glassware and plateware, and managing keg changes to keep the beer selections fresh on tap.
