- Must be 21 years of age or older
- minimum of 6 months of experience in bussing, food running, or hospitality support roles preferred
- ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stand or walk for extended periods
- professional, respectful demeanor and strong teamwork ethic
- background check and drug screen may be required for certain venues including casinos

Job Duties
- Quickly clear and reset tables
- remove used dishes, glassware, and utensils in a timely manner
- maintain a clean and orderly dining and service environment
- assist servers by refilling water and responding to guest needs
- help with setting up tables, chairs, and dining areas before events
- assist in post-event cleanup
- communicate with servers, kitchen staff, and supervisors to ensure efficient service flow
- follow health, safety, and sanitation standards
- assist with light food running, polishing glassware, or restocking service areas
