Job Requirements

Must be 21 years of age or older
minimum of 6 months of experience in bussing, food running, or hospitality support roles preferred
ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stand or walk for extended periods
professional, respectful demeanor and strong teamwork ethic
background check and drug screen may be required for certain venues including casinos

Job Duties

Quickly clear and reset tables
remove used dishes, glassware, and utensils in a timely manner
maintain a clean and orderly dining and service environment
assist servers by refilling water and responding to guest needs
help with setting up tables, chairs, and dining areas before events
assist in post-event cleanup
communicate with servers, kitchen staff, and supervisors to ensure efficient service flow
follow health, safety, and sanitation standards
assist with light food running, polishing glassware, or restocking service areas
