Job Duties
- ensure dining room, bar, lobby, and service areas are clean and sanitized
- assist bartenders by clearing bar top and cleaning/sanitizing barware
- restock glassware and plateware
- change kegs as needed to maintain beer freshness
- maintain stock levels and organize service areas
- support servers and bartenders during shifts
- uphold a visually appealing environment
