Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Physical capability to perform demanding tasks including lifting and standing for long periods
- Commitment to uphold Yard House's culture and standards
- Ability to work flexible shifts
- Good communication skills
- Must be at least 18 years old
Job Qualifications

- Previous experience in a restaurant or bar setting is a plus

Job Duties
- Ensure the dining room, bar, lobby, and service areas are clean, sanitized, and visually appealing
- Assist bartenders by clearing the bar top and cleaning/sanitizing barware
- Restock glassware and plateware as needed
- Change out kegs to maintain fresh beer on tap
- Support servers and bartenders to facilitate smooth service
- Maintain stocked supplies in service areas
- Follow Yard House's rules and culture guidelines
