The Busser/Barback role at Yard House is a critical support position that assists both servers and bartenders to ensure a smooth and efficient customer experience. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Capacity to lift heavy items such as kegs and trays
- Availability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure

Job Duties
- Ensure dining room, bar, lobby, and service areas are clean and sanitized
