The Busser/Barback position at YARD HOUSE is an integral role supporting the front-of-house operations. Team members in this role serve as the right hands to the servers and bartenders, ensuring that the dining room, bar, lobby, and service areas are pristine, fully stocked, and visually appealing for guests. This position, which offers pay variable by location plus tips, blends fast-paced manual tasks with teamwork and excellent customer service. The successful candidate will assist bartenders by clearing the bar, cleaning and sanitizing barware and glassware, restocking supplies, and changing kegs to maintain fresh draft beers throughout service.
