The Busser/Barback position at Yard House plays a crucial role as the right hand to Servers and Bartenders. This role involves maintaining the cleanliness and organization of various areas including the dining room, bar, lobby, and service stations. Busser/Barbacks support bartenders by clearing the bar top, cleaning and sanitizing barware, and restocking glassware and plateware. They also ensure that kegs are changed as needed to keep the beer on tap fresh and enticing to guests. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in hospitality preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- Ability to multitask effectively
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to lift and carry heavy items
- Excellent interpersonal skills
