The Busser/Barback role at Yard House is an essential position supporting the front-of-house team including servers and bartenders. Employees in this position are responsible for ensuring that the dining room, bar, lobby, and service areas remain clean, sanitized, well-stocked, and visually appealing at all times. This role is integral in maintaining the smooth operation of the restaurant by assisting bartenders with clearing and cleaning the bar area, sanitizing glassware and plateware, and restocking necessary items to keep service flowing efficiently. Additionally, busser/barbacks manage keg changes to ensure the beer on tap is fresh, which is critical to the Yard House experience.
