In this role as a Busser/Barback, you are an essential part of the service team, supporting both Servers and Bartenders to ensure a smooth and efficient operation on every shift. You will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the dining room, bar, lobby, and other service areas, so guests experience a pleasant environment at all times. Your role directly impacts the speed and quality of service by assisting with clearing tables and bars, sanitizing glassware and plateware, and restocking necessary supplies. You will also help maintain the beer quality by changing out kegs as required.
