Job Duties
- ensure dining room bar lobby and service areas are clean sanitized stocked and visually appealing
- assist bartenders in clearing bar top cleaning sanitizing barware and restocking glassware and plateware
- change out kegs as needed to keep beers on tap fresh
- support servers and bartenders by maintaining service areas
- contribute to a positive and energetic work environment
- adhere to company values and house rules
- assist in maintaining inventory and supplies
