The Busser/Barback role at YARD HOUSE plays a crucial part in supporting the front-of-house operations by ensuring that the dining room, bar, lobby, and service areas remain clean, sanitized, well-stocked, and visually appealing at all times. Busser/Barbacks assist Bartenders by clearing bar tops, cleaning and sanitizing barware, restocking glassware and plateware, and changing out kegs to keep beers on tap fresh. The role is integral to maintaining the seamless flow of service throughout each shift.
