The Busser/Barbacks position at Yard House is essential in supporting the Servers and Bartenders to deliver an exceptional dining and bar experience. This role involves maintaining cleanliness and sanitation across the dining room, bar, lobby, and service areas, ensuring that the environment remains visually appealing and well-stocked. Busser/Barbacks assist Bartenders by clearing bar tops, cleaning and sanitizing barware, and restocking glassware and plateware, which helps maintain an efficient workflow during busy service hours. Additionally, the role requires changing kegs as needed, keeping the beer on tap fresh and ensuring customers enjoy the best possible beverages.
